Establishment of Coal Testing & Analysis Laboratory- NABL Accredited as Per ISO IEC 17025:2017

PRIMUS SAM PVT. LTD., – in line with its long term vision of establishing a “Scientific Centre of Excellence” in the centre of india which is Nagpur – has obtained the NABL accreditation for its newly established Chemical Analytical Laboratory for Coal and other minerals. The accreditation is given to the laboratory under IS/ISO and ASTM standards. This entail Primus to undertake Inspection and Testing of coal of any country of origin.

Laboratory will soon widen its activities to (a) Ash Fusion Temperature (AFT), (b) Hard Grove Index (HGI) and (c) Chemical Composition of Ash. With huge number of power and cement utilities within couple hundered kms radius of Nagpur, the laboratory will find the growing faster than expected.

Primus will then expand its analytical activities to Bauxite, Manganese and Lignite.
