Capabilities can be largely put as target generation, prospecting permit applications, exploration management, core sampling, underground and surface mapping, geological databases, geological resource and ore body modelling, project management and grade control. 

Headed by a very senior geologist with major part of his close to 4 decades experience coming from CMPDI & NTPC and considerable years in MECL too gives him the ability to read and understand any mine and its behavioural pattern. 

He has in-depth knowledge for sequencing of mine location to obtaining of permissions, paper work etc., added with working experience of Environmental studies and clearances at the state and central level. He is assisted 2 more juniors with a cumulative experience of 13 years.
