Team PRIMUS has successfully completed its First Drone Assisted Survey of Mines

The second edition of three-day National conclave, “MINCON 2022 – MINES. MINERALS. METALS” was organised on 14th-16th October,2022 at Chitnavis Centre, Nagpur by Maharashtra State Mining Corporation Ltd. (MSMC), Vidarbha Economic Development Council (VED) and MM Activ Sci-Tech Communications Pvt. Ltd.
MINCON, one among India’s leading events dedicated to mining, minerals, and metals industry, provides a platform for business leaders, CEOs, consultants, senior government officials, decision-makers, and trade delegations to network, share ideas, showcase their technology, and create lasting business relationships.
PRIMUS displayed & demonstrated it’s best technologies at MINCON directly related to Mining and related industries including extraction, beneficiation, value addition and also in their shaping of final products.
PRIMUS talked about New-age technologies such as Drones and GPS etc., where we were involved in further innovations in advancement, modification and widening the usage in several sectors. The technologies made an emphasis on the concept of Mining 4.0. PRIMUS by developing a full fledged team relating to AI/ML/DL etc., which when combined with the new age technologies can do wonders and even eliminate human intervention thereby reducing significant percentage of errors.
PRIMUS and its efforts stands rewarded when Hon’ble Union Minister of Coal & Mines, Shri. Pralhadji Joshi, Hon’ble Deputy Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri. Devendraji Fadnavis, Hon’ble Minister for Mines & Port development, Govt. of Maharashtra, Shri. Dadaji Bhuse, Hon’ble Chairman MSMC, Shri. Ashishji Jaiswal and Hon’ble District Collector of Nagpur, Dr. Vipin Itankar visited the Primus stall in MINCOM. All three ministers took keen interest in the live demonstrations through the prototypes, and had a volley of question to our Engineers and Scientists who could generate immense interest in all the decision makers.
Further, PRIMUS gave a road-map for New-age Mining Technology which will help the big players of the region while multiplying the capacity of Vidarbha’s exploration, mining and industrialisation etc., in multifolds. Disruption is a way of opening up new ways for evolution and creating new orders. In this we and our associates can play significant roles to realise the dream of making Vidarbha a major revenue centre of Incredible Maharashtra.
